All Ice Seeker jewelry is custom manufactured after an order is placed. Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your item is produced on a made-to-order basis.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide monetary refunds except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

This policy complies with:

• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU – Article 16(c) (custom-made goods exemption)
• U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines on made-to-order goods

As our products are custom manufactured, the 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply.

3. Store Credit Returns

Returns may be accepted for store credit only under the following conditions:
