Orders, Production & Shipping

No. All Ice Seeker jewelry is made-to-order. Each piece is manufactured after your order is placed to ensure precision craftsmanship, quality control, and structural integrity.

Production time is 7–15 business days. This includes: Crafting Stone setting Polishing Quality inspection Production begins immediately after payment confirmation.

After production is complete: International delivery takes 15–21 business days (maximum) depending on destination and customs clearance. Total estimated timeline: 22–36 business days from order date.

Yes. We ship internationally from India. Customers are responsible for: Import duties VAT Customs clearance charges Customs processing times vary by country.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Because all items are made-to-order, production begins shortly after payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ice Seeker is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If customs duties are not paid and the package is abandoned, the order will not be refunded.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Returns, Warranty & Product Information

We operate under a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are only issued if: The item arrives damaged (with unboxing proof), or You receive the wrong/mismatched product. All other eligible returns may receive store credit only, subject to approval.
You must: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Provide a full unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened Provide clear photos of the damage Without unboxing proof, claims may not be approved.

We offer: Moissanite Lab-grown (CVD) diamonds Natural diamonds Product specifications are clearly listed on each product page.
Certification availability depends on stone type and size. For higher-carat diamonds, certification may be available upon request. Please contact us before ordering if certification is required.
We work with: 925 Sterling Silver 10K Gold 14K Gold Metal type and stone options are selectable on product pages.
Yes. We provide a 6-month limited manufacturing warranty covering: Manufacturing defects Structural issues Loose stones not caused by misuse Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
