Return & Refund Policy

This website (https://ice-seeker.com/ )is operated by SHREE INTERNATIONAL, trading as Ice Seeker (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. Made-to-Order Business Model

All Ice Seeker jewelry is manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your product is custom manufactured specifically for you.

  • Production costs are incurred immediately.

  • Standard cancellation and withdrawal rights may not apply.


2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer monetary refunds except under the limited circumstances described in Section 4 below.

EU Compliance Notice

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As Ice Seeker products are made-to-order, the 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply.

US Compliance Notice

Under U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines, made-to-order or custom goods are exempt from standard return obligations when properly disclosed before purchase.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.


3. Returns for Store Credit Only

We may accept returns for store credit under the following strict conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • No resizing, engraving, polishing, or alteration

  • Prior written return authorization obtained

Store Credit Terms:

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Valid for 6 months from issue date

  • Applicable only to future purchases on ice-seeker.com

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Insurance during return transit

Items failing inspection will be rejected and returned at customer expense.


4. Refund Eligibility (Exception Cases Only)

Refunds will be issued only in the following verified cases:

A. Item Arrives Damaged

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Full unboxing video clearly showing sealed package opening required

  • Clear photographic proof required

B. Incorrect or Mismatched Product Delivered

  • Must be reported within 48 hours

  • Evidence demonstrating mismatch with confirmed order specifications required

If verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund to original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of claim.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Custom-sized rings

  • Modified products

  • Earrings (hygiene exemption)

  • Clearance or promotional items


6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

As production begins immediately after payment confirmation, cancellation requests are generally not accepted.
