Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Customers are solely responsible for:

Ice Seeker is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by destination authorities.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

Ice Seeker maintains strict anti-fraud procedures.

1. Evidence Retention

For every transaction, we retain:

  • Order confirmation records

  • IP address logs

  • Payment authorization confirmation

  • Production documentation

  • Courier tracking records

  • Delivery confirmation (including signature where applicable)

2. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all fraudulent chargebacks

  • Submit production records and delivery proof to the payment processor

  • Recover administrative and dispute fees

  • Restrict future purchases

3. Fraudulent Claims

False claims of non-delivery, damage, or product mismatch may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Legal action under applicable fraud statutes

  • Reporting to payment processors
